 Phil is an attorney and businessman who has called Frankfort Square home for over 40 years. As Precinct Committeeman for Precinct 15, he actively engages the community and participates in local politics, knowing that local decisions directly shape our neighborhoods and way of life. He embraces America and the American way of life, defending freedom, individual rights, and core American principles. Phil fights to identify and combat Communism, Marxism, and harmful anti-American ideologies especially at the local, community level, working to prevent their influence in the community.  

Phil proudly served in the Army and continues to serve in the Army Reserve, reflecting a lifelong commitment to public service.
